I’m an avid reader of news particularly politics, economics and lifestyle. I’ve always been intrigued by behavior or why we do what we do. When I was 10 years old I had my first Zen moment when I realized that what we think about influences how we feel and our actions. I was determined to be a positive thinker from that point forward.
For the last 11 years I have found myself working as a counselor with homeless people, adjudicated youth and abused children, and as a TESOL instructor living abroad in both Europe and Asia. I received my BA degree in English from High Point University and have been writing short stories, poems and analysis style material since the age of 12.
This blog is a collection of photographs, stories and other thoughts and opinions concerning behavior and life in general. I live in Jamestown NC which is an historical town dating back to the 1700’s hence the many photographs posted concerning this particular town.
We all have questions, some which take a life time to answer, and it’s through the process of sharing, reading, asking and speaking our minds that we get there. Please feel free to leave comments. I look forward to hearing from you!
